Shipping:

Items will be shipped  by ground either the same day or the next business day.
Ground shipping rates within the Continental United States are as follows:

Estimated shipping time for ground delivery is 4-5 days. International Shipping charges will be based on weight.  You will be notified of the cost by e-mail for approval prior to processing your order.

Taxes:

All merchandise is tax exempt, except in the state of Ohio, where merchandise and shipping costs (when applicable) will be taxed at 6.75%.

Returns:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason  please return it within 10 days with the manufacturer’s tag attached and in new condition.  We will be happy to refund or exchange it.  Shipping costs will apply to all returned items.
