Shipping:

Items will be shipped  by ground either the same day or the next business day.
Ground shipping rates within the Continental United States are as follows:

Estimated shipping time for ground delivery is 4-5 days. Standard International Shipping charges is $19.95.  If your order is over 4 pounds you will be notified of a possible additional cost by e-mail for approval prior to processing your order.

Taxes:

All merchandise is tax exempt, except in the state of Ohio, where merchandise and shipping costs (when applicable) will be taxed at 6.75%.

Returns:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason  please return it within 14 days with the manufacturer’s tag attached and in new condition. We will need to receive your return by 14 days to process the return.  We will be happy to refund or exchange it.  If your return causes your total purchase to fall below $75, the free shipping charge will be deducted from your return credit.  Shipping costs will apply to all returned items.  Sale items (seasonal markdowns & any promotion discounts) may only be returned for store credit.  All returns must be recieved within 14 days of delivery to you.  Late returns will not be accepted for credit.  Thank you for your understanding.
